San Antonio Lake - Classic V-Drive Club

We'll we went the the lake a couple of weeks ago and it was great! The water was low in the lake at only about 50 percent of capacity but plenty for some boating. We camped at A-Loop with the Classic V-Drive Club of America and saw many fellow members that we had not seen in a couple of years. Brian Lynch the club founder is always there with one of his vintage boats and he hosts a nice get together. The weather was very hot on Saturday and the afternoon BBQ was enjoyed by all. I think there must have been at least 50 v-drives from vintage flats and cruisers to the nasty all-out hydros with fast passes being layed down in the early mornings Friday and Saturday. We even had our own movie theatre hosted by Tim and his outdoor big screen and some real good footage narated by one of the members. Good stuff to say the least!
